Kasper Kośmiński, the treasurer of Łomża, protests against the elders of Belżyce who, despite numerous requisitions, did not pay him the amount of 1060 zł from the tax on alcohol production by townspeople intended as an addition to the hiberna for the year1725 for the armoured cavalry unit of Jan Tarło, the Voivode of Lublin, and did not comply with the Treasury order of payment presented to them, which had been issued in Warsaw on the 15th October 1725.
